WIFE OF EBONYI STATE HOUSE DEPUTY LEADER ,RESCUED BY THE POLICE FROM HER ABDUCTERS.

 Joy latter returned to the house of the deputy leader of Ebonyi state House of Assembly ,after the police have smashed the gang who abducted the leaders wife and also demolished their hideout.
The criminal hideout was discovered following the kidnapped of Mrs Winifred Ogbu last week Friday by six armed men suspected to be kidnappers.
She was taken away by the suspected kidnappers to an unknown location who held her hostage in the three bedroom mud house situated in the outskirt of Umezabi community until her rescuers came for her who were men of the Nigerian police force and set her free after a long gun battle that left one of the kidnappers dead.

After the rescue ,the mud house was demolished by the
Deputy Police Commissioner, Mr. Istifanus Shittima and a team of police officers in the command as well as the state Commissioner for Works and Transport, Mr. Chukwuma Nwandugo led the operation that supervised the demolition of the kidnappers’ hideout.
