PROTESTERS ATTACK NORTHERN VISITING GOVNRS IN RIVERS STATE.

Some Northern governors was yesterday in Port Harcourt attacked by anti- Amaechi protesters on their way to the government house for courtesy visit on the governor of River state.
The protesters who were all out in the airport shortly before the arrival of the four Norther governors of  Murtala Nyako of Adamawa State, Sule Lamido (Jigawa) and Rabiu Kwankwaso (Kano) at the Port Harcourt International Airport ,were chanting anti- Amaechi slogans.

The protesters who were angry on the governors visit to the state ,accused Amaechi of random spending of the state funds on trivia matters and called on the Northern governors to face Bokoharam problems in their state instead of peddling on issues that does not concern them.

The three Governors who were latter accompanied by Niger stater govnr,Babangida Aligu ,latter drove out of the airport in awaiting van provided by the host govnr.
The protesters who latter became violent ,started hurling stones ,bottles ,sticks and sachet of pure water on the moving van of the governors.
Though there was no fatal injury or any situation on the visiting Governors ,they latter arrived the Government House safely and held a closed door meeting with the host governor.
