Two Children Lured The Mum Into The Bush And Killed Her

This happen in Kogi state as two siblings lured the mum who carried them for nine good months in her tummy before giving birth to them , to a farm path and allegedly macheted her to death    

Though it was gathered that the two accomplice have been having issues with the mother ,it did not occur to the mother that the two children of hers are nursing evil in their mind to eliminate her.

  But she was said to have apologised to her mother a few days to the incident, pleading for forgiveness that she was misled into believing that her mother was responsible for her misfortune.
   On the fateful, the suspect was said to have appealed to her mother to accompany her to somewhere and despite her mother’s refusal that she was busy with house chores, she was able to compel her mother into abandoning the cassava she was said to be peeling and accompanied her daughter, who unknown to her, had planned with her brother to kill her.
  
She was said to have been led through a bush path to the farm and midway, her brother brought out the machete and started “cutting their mother.”
   An eye witness, who was said to have been threatened by the suspects, that they would be dealt with him, if he reported what he saw, was said to have rushed to report to the community but before people could be mobilised to the scene, the woman had been killed by her own children.
   Confirming the incident, the Edo State Police Public Relations Officer, Moses Eguavoen, said the incident happened on July 3 and that it was the former husband of the victim, Mr. Sunday Itowo, that made a formal report to the police on the incident.
 
The Police Public Relation Officer of Edo state who commented on the incident said that the suspect have been arrested and undergoing interrogation by the police , after which they will be charge to court for murder.
